Zanzea has been making jewelry for the last 17 years. She started making fabricated jewelry but in 2003 found a new way to make jewelry without using a torch and solder. She now makes her jewelry by hand twisting and hand tying the wires with gemstones which is called wire sculptured jewelry. Zanzea focuses on quality in design and workmanship. She uses sterling silver, argentium silver, 14k gold filled and 14k gold wires. Each piece she makes is one of a kind. Most of her works are in galleries and establishments in Austin, Round Rock and Pflugerville, Texas. |
